RENOVATION DEBRIS
Renovation and demolition debris removal
Built for contractors and renovating homeowners: predictable material rules, weight-based pricing on dense loads, and crews that keep the site safe and clear.
How contractor jobs work
Material list first
Tell us the streams on site — drywall, clean wood, metal, tile, concrete — and we quote accordingly instead of guessing at a volume tier.
Sorted at the truck
Clean wood, drywall, yard waste and scrap metal are separated where practical, which lowers disposal cost and improves diversion.
Repeat-visit scheduling
Multi-phase jobs get recurring pickups with the same crew, written scope and consolidated invoicing.
Material and safety rules
Weight-priced material
Concrete, brick, soil, sod, shingles, tile and plaster are quoted by weight or as a dedicated load. Dense material can exceed a whole volume tier in landfill cost.
Never transported
Asbestos or suspected asbestos, hazardous waste, propane tanks and liquid paint are refused without an approved disposal process. We refer you to the correct handler.
Jobsite conduct
PPE, safe stacking, protected access routes and a clear walking path when we leave. We work around trades already on site.
Pricing anchors
Light mixed debris usually falls between 1/4 and 3/4 truck ($169–$439 before GST). Heavy loads are quoted separately and stated in writing before work starts.
Show us the junk. Get a real price.
Send up to six photos and your neighbourhood. We reply with a price range, then confirm a firm price on site before anything is loaded.
